I'm really behind with this, but I thought it'd be silly if I failed to do a sketch for my own prompt! So there it goes.

Sorry for the lateness :)  I actually had it drawn couple days earlier, I just didn't get to scanning and posting on time.

(Not a) Domestic Bliss

So this weekend was supposed to be fun, but what happened instead was my little guy getting sick for the first time, and keeping me very busy.

Originally this picture was supposed to feature my family drawing with crayons on a huge pad of paper which has happened briefly today. I had very little time though, so I ended up drawing the little one instead.  He was looking sad in the picture, so I decided to just sort of roll with it.

Beloved

Inspired by VNV Nation lyrics:

"My beloved do you know
How many times I stared at clouds
Thinking that I saw you there"

 I've been wanting to paint an image inspired by this for a while but it never happened.  I'm not sure if this will be it though :)

This is not quite finished, but I know it won't be by tomorrow, so I'll either update this entry when the image is complete, or you can see it on my website when it's done :)

Windy

I haven't used blogspot much in the past so please bear with me as I figure things out!

Here's my sketch for this week's prompt.  I'm doing many paintings with this little girl, and I hope that this too will turn into a watercolor mini painting soon!  I just run out of time to do so by today
